After teasing his fans on Snapchat with a countdown until the release of the video, Stormzy finally released the cinematic clip to 'Cigarettes & Cush' featuring R&B songstress Kehlani. The iconic video was directed by the one and only Daps, the man behind Stormzy's previous 'Big For Your Boots' video.

Taken from his critically acclaimed album 'Gang Signs & Prayer' Stormzy has been serving us with nothing but greatness and now we finally have the visuals to accompany the storyline behind 'Cigarettes & Cush' and It is obviously impressive and entertaining to say the least.

The video is inspired by Jay Z and Jermaine Dupree's 'Money Ain't A Thing' as explained by Director Daps on his Instagram. It somewhat has a similarity to the US Starz series 'Power' as the short film tells a story of Stormzy, the boss of the Marijuana firm, falling in love with a female police officer played by Andrea Ali. She helps him run away from the police when they're trying to hunt him down, leading to a dramatic but beautiful ending.

Even though it felt weird seeing Stormzy hugging up to another female which wasn't his girlfriend Maya Jama in the video, the cinematography is beautiful and highlights the creativity and dedication that Stormzy puts into every project that he produces.
